Occasionally users will have issues with not being able to record in Vicon Nexus. Usually this happens right when you have your patient, participant or customer arrives causing a small (or large) amount of panic.
The simplest way to find out why you can’t capture is to hover your mouse over the start button that you wish to use to start recording. Vicon Nexus will give feedback as to why it is not letting you record.
Two of the most common reasons are:
- System offline – check that everything is plugged in and on.
- Not currently in a live session – Open your Data Management and ensure that you are in a live session.
